This FAQ can be utilized to help answer any questions surrounding the Powered by Route Marketplace - Art Basel Miami Event.

Guests have to first download the Route app, sign up with their email and then go through the consumer checkout process within the app
They will select the featured product + size and will be prompted to plug in the email address they used to sign up with on the Route app.
That email will then auto populate the rest of the order form with their name and address.
They will receive an email when the order is shipped and will be able to track their packages with Route.
You will receive an order & shipping confirmation directly from the brand
For items that were part of the VIP event and are gifted, all items will be shipped via Route and will arrive within 1-2 weeks after the event.
International orders will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, these duties vary from country to country, therefore we are unable to determine what the charges might be. For additional information, you may wish to contact your local customs office to get an idea of what these charges may be before placing your order. Please note, the transit time for international orders is typically 10-14 business days.
