I purchased Cash Back but haven't received my code. What should I do?

Your Cash Back code is typically delivered via an order confirmation email shortly after your order is confirmed. If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still missing, contact the merchant directly.

Can Route help me with my Cash Back code?

Route facilitates the Package Protection portion of your order. The Cash Back code is issued and managed by the merchant. For questions about code validity, balance, or technical issues at checkout, please reach out directly to the merchant.

Why wasn't Cash Back applied to my current order?

Cash Back is designed as a reward for future purchases. It is issued as a credit after your current transaction is complete and cannot be applied to the order in which it was earned.

Can I use my Cash Back at a different store?

No. Cash Back codes are store-specific and can only be redeemed at the merchant where the original purchase was made. They cannot be transferred to other merchants or exchanged for cash.
