Route offers a package tracking app as a free service, and it isn’t required to track your package!

If you do not wish to download the app, the easiest way to track your package is to wait until the merchant has fulfilled and shipped your order. Once this happens, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Often, a package tracking link is also included within that email. Otherwise, you can manually copy the tracking number, open up the shipping carrier's tracking website, and type it in to view your shipping updates.
