Delete Route mobile app account

No longer want to use the Route mobile app to track your packages? To delete your account, which will remove all of your personal identifiable information (PII) from the app permanently, follow the directions below. If you change your mind later, you may always create a new account. 

To delete your Route mobile app account:

    1. Open the app
    2. Go to your Profile tab from the bottom menu
    3. Tap the gear icon ⚙ in the top right corner
    4. Tap Support
    5. Tap Delete Account
    6. Tap Confirm

Or, you may delete your account by filling in this form.

Not really ready to say goodbye? You can always disconnect your email account(s) and add your orders manually to continue using the app to track.
