Troubleshoot Route mobile app login issues

Having trouble logging into the Route mobile app? Here are a few ways you can resolve the issue.

Google, Apple, or other account credentials

If you have previously signed in to the Route mobile app using your Google or Apple account details, you will need to reset those account passwords in order to log in. In these instances, Route cannot send a link to reset your password because your Route mobile app login is tied to your personal email and password, which we do not have access to.

Unique log in

If you created a unique login and password for the Route mobile app, follow the prompts in the app to reset your password: 

    1. Open the app
    2. On sign in screen, tap Forgot Password? 
    3. Enter the email address associated with the account
    4. Go to your email inbox 
    5. Open the email with subject line Route Reset Password from
    6. Tap Reset Password
    7. Add a new password
    8. Tap Reset Password 
    9. Sign into the app using your new password
