My shipping address is incorrect on my order. What do I do?

Since Route is a third-party company, the merchant does not grant Route editing rights to your order details such as your shipping address.

To update your shipping address, please reach out to the merchant who you purchased from before your items are filled and shipped, and they will be able to get your order shipped to the correct address!

If your item has already been shipped, please reach out directly to the carrier shipping your item, as they may be able to help with redirecting it to the correct address.
