Why is the app showing different tracking information from the shipping carrier or merchant?

The Route mobile app offers a seamless way to keep track of all of your orders in one place. That means you can shop anywhere and get real-time status updates with Route. For free. 

While Route works directly with shipping carriers to provide you with the most up-to-date information, it’s possible that the carrier’s website may display updates more quickly than the app. These short delays are expected and normal. 

Rest assured that while understandably annoying, any app discrepancies will not affect your order’s shipment or delivery, nor will they impact the status of your order’s Shipping Protection, if you purchased it. 

However, if the tracking looks completely unrelated to your order, an error could have occurred when our system extracted the shipping information from your email. 

Please help us improve by reporting the issue in the app:

    1. From the app, open the Orders tab
    2. Find the order with incorrect information
    3. Tap the ⠇menu on that order 
    4. Tap Report incorrect info
    5. Tap Tracking is wrong
    6. Tap the error that best describes your issue
    7. Tap Next
