Why is the app showing the wrong shipping carrier for my order?

The Route mobile app offers a seamless way to keep track of all of your orders in one place. That means you can shop anywhere and get real-time status updates with Route. For free. 

While the Route mobile app supports tracking through many carriers, it’s possible that the app may mistakenly classify your tracking information to the wrong carrier. 

Rest assured that while understandably annoying, this error does not affect your order's shipment or delivery. It may mean, however, that the updates you receive are not accurate and that the app is unable to track your order. 

Please help us improve by reporting the issue in the app:

    1. From the app, open the Orders tab
    2. Find the order with incorrect information
    3. Tap the ⠇menu on that order 
    4. Tap Report incorrect info
    5. Tap Tracking is wrong
    6. Tap Carrier is wrong
    7. Tap Next
    8. Search or select the correct carrier
