We need a way to name shipments
Every couple months when the "does Route help you?" box pops up and I fill in feedback, I always fill in the same thing: we need to be able to edit shipment information, and we need to be able to label it.
I've been using Route for over a year, and not a single feature has been added except "premium," which, for some people I get, but you're really in my face about it. I would switch to another app, but they're all equally as bad or missing essential features. Speaking as an app developer, I have no idea why a deliveries tracking app is this hard to get right. It's an API. You ping it a few times a day. That's it.
While editing things are important (while you can "Report incorrect info," Route does nothing to fix issues), I could get by simply by adding labels to things. Here's a prime example:
Can you tell me what these packages are? Because I can't. I have to look through emails and dig out the tracking numbers from UPS, to then track back to receipt of sale emails. One of them is for my wife - I've removed the package twice and it keeps popping back up despite having deleted it.
This makes life more difficult. A damn spreadsheet of tracking numbers would be easier than this.
We just need a way to label these. It's one field per package. It's literally beginner-level app development.

I agree with this feedback. It would be a great way to organize deliveries, especially when you have a few coming in at the same time or subscriptions. I actually end up more confused with which line item is tied to which order because I can't add notes of which tracking number is associated with which order.
I'll be using a different method of tracking my orders moving forward given that Route appears to not hear out users or respond to feedback requests. You have potential as an amazing app. Please hear out your users.
