I'd like a way for users to submit feature requests
You can add a topic like this one in your community. End users can add feature requests and describe their use cases. Other users can comment on the requests and vote for them. Product managers can review feature requests and provide feedback.

By far this is an amazing idea! From the beginning it was amazingly easy to use and when I had run into a problem the customer service team was exceptionally helpful and responsive to me in a professional and prompt manner. Would be nice if there were a feature or option that would let us add details to each tracking numbers like add an item so we know exactly what’s in each tracking number. Not sure if there’s one already but I haven’t found it. Also when trying to talk to customer support it asks for an email and order number, not sure if it’s asking for a specific one or just anyone, but I put one that I have in the apps file for my profile and it tells me it can’t find the information so a bit confusing as to how someone is supposed to get in touch with customer support. But really like the app every tracking number connected to one of my emails is all in one spot. Again just wish we can add the item to most tracking numbers that would make it easier. Thank you!!!!
I would like to have an option to submit feedback to Route to at least consider suggestions by users, both shoppers and merchants. I'll add comments to another post with similar feedback as my own, but please hear out your users.
