How to mark or unmark an order as delivered in the app

Has your order arrived but the Route mobile app hasn’t updated the tracking status? Or, have you accidentally marked your package “delivered” but it’s still on its way? Not to worry. It’s easy to fix. Here’s how: 

To mark an order “delivered”

    1. Go to the Orders tab 
    2. Find the order you wish to update 
    3. Tap the ⋮ menu next to your order 
    4. Tap Delivered

To unmark an order “delivered”

    1. Go to the Orders tab 
    2. Find the order you wish to update 
    3. Tap the ⋮ menu next to your order 
    4. Tap Not Delivered

Please note: When the app automatically updates your order’s tracking status to “delivered,” you will not be able to change the status. If your order is marked “delivered” but you haven't received it or cannot find it, please see this article on how to handle missing packages.
