How do I return my order?

Please see the three scenarios below for more information on returns.

If your order is covered by Route Return & Shipping Protection
Route makes it quick, easy, and inexpensive to make returns at select brands and retailers when you add our Return & Shipping Protection to your orders. 

To start a return, visit the brand or retailer’s website and follow the instructions provided. Or, click here and select the option “I want to return this item.” You will be taken directly to the brand’s website to start a return according to their policies and procedures.

Once complete, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, store gift card, or other option, according to the brand or retailer’s return policy. Kindly note you will not be refunded the cost of shipping the original order, nor the cost of Route’s Return & Shipping Protection.

If your order is covered by Route Shipping Protection
If you purchased Route Shipping Protection (without returns protection) and your item was lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim so we can assist you. If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please check the retailer’s return policy and contact them directly to resolve your issue. 

If your order is not covered by Route
If you did not add Route to your order and you wish to make a return, please check the brand or retailer’s return policy and contact them directly to resolve your issue.
