The Route mobile app offers a seamless way to keep track of all of your orders in one place. That means you can shop anywhere and get real-time status updates with Route. For free.
While Route works directly with shipping carriers to provide you with the most up-to-date information, it’s possible you may receive tracking updates from the carrier that our mobile app does not properly reflect. Please help us improve by reporting the issue using the instructions below.
Rest assured that while understandably annoying, a discrepancy on the app does not affect your order’s shipment or delivery, nor does it impact the status of your order’s Shipping Protection, if you purchased it. It may mean, however, that the updates you receive are not accurate and that the app is unable to track your order.

To report your issue in the mobile app:

- From the app, open the Orders tab
- Find the order with incorrect information
- Tap the ⠇menu on that order
- Tap Report incorrect info
- Tap Tracking is wrong
- Tap the error that best describes your issue
- Tap Next
