How to remove an order from the Route mobile app

Cleaning out your order history? Not interested in tracking a package still on its way? Removing orders from the Route mobile app is easy. Just follow the steps below.

Please note: Removing or deleting an order from the Route mobile app will not cancel your order, remove Route Shipping Protection, or affect your order in any way. 

To delete an order from the Route mobile app:

    1. Open the app
    2. Visit the Orders tab from the bottom menu 
    3. Find the order you wish to remove 
    4. Tap the menu
    5. Tap Delete 
    6. Tap Remove

To restore, re-add, or bring back an order that was removed, follow the instructions to manually add orders to the app
