Disconnect an email account from the Route mobile app

No longer want to track orders automatically in the app? Got an old email address you no longer use? No problem. You can remove or disconnect an email account from the app in an instant using the instructions below.

    1. Open the app
    2. Visit your Profile tab from the bottom menu
    3. In the Linked Emails section, tap Edit
    4. Tap the X next to the email account you wish to disconnect

You can always connect a new email for automatic tracking, or track orders without connecting your email by manually adding them to the app.
