You can revoke permissions for the Route mobile app on your gmail account by following the directions below. After you revoke permissions, Route will no longer have read-only access to your emails. As a result, you will no longer be able to automatically track any packages purchased via that email account, but you can always add orders manually to keep using the app for tracking.

To revoke Route’s read-only access to Gmail: 

1. 1. Type account.google.com in your browser
   2. Click Security from the menu 
   3. Find the Your connections to third-party apps and services section 
   4. Click Route if visible, or click See all connections to expand the menu > click Route
   5. Click Delete all connections you have with Route
   6. Review the notice and click Confirm
