  3. Once you enter the security screen, scroll down on the page until you find Third Party Apps with Account Access.

    • This is where you can keep track of which apps or services have the permission to access your account, and it is from here that you can remove the ones you no longer use or trust.

  4. Click the Manage third-party access link which will be located near the bottom of the Third Party Apps with Account Access section.

    • Once in this link, you will see two sections: the first being Third-party apps with account access, and the second being Signing in with Google, which uses your Google Account to sign in to these sites and apps. They can view your name, email address, and profile picture. You may not have any trouble with any of the apps that you see in these sections, but it's good to ensure that you’re comfortable with each of them.

  5. You will find the Route App in the Third-party apps with account access section. You are able to click on the Route Mobile App, and remove whatever access you feel most comfortable with. After revoking access, you are still able to use our mobile tracking app and manually add each order you would like to be tracked.
    • In the Mobile App, visit the Order History Tab, and click the “+” sign in the upper right corner. This will allow you to manually add an order by entering the order’s tracking number and other requested information about the order.
